Karate-youth

Karate training for children typically focuses on building discipline, respect, and self-control, as well as physical fitness and self-defense skills. It often involves the use of traditional Karate techniques such as katas (pre-arranged sequences of movements), sparring, and basic strikes and kicks.

Tie Bu Shan

Tie Bu Shan is a 1000-year-old Chinees fitness and health program. Due to the extensive workout of all tendons in the body one is able to store energy that is created. This is a sharp contrast with most western training methods such as weightlifting and aerobic exercises such as kickboxing. It is a contrast between internal and external organs, relaxes greatly and develops internal strength. Many physical problems are corrected. Problems that were by western medicine only cured by surgery has been in FACT cured? relieved by Tie Bu Shan. This is very rare and considered to be one of the two BEST PROGRAMS coming out of China. In many ways it exceeds even Tai Chi, though Tai Chi has unique benefits and its own. If you do weight training, Tie Bu Shan helps tremendously (Iron Vest) to balance the body for peak performance.

Kickboxing Adults

Kickboxing, which combines boxing techniques with kicks, is influenced by a variety of martial art forms, including karate, Thai boxing, tae kwon do, and kung fu. This full body workout gets your heart pumping, and it can also build muscle, improve balance, burn calories, and more.


Youth Karate

They are learning life saving skills and having fun.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancelation notice is required. We are a small, private yoga studio with limited space (10). It also gives us great pleasure to offer you classes that have grown in popularity. This popularity leads to the class registration to be filled (and subsequently closed) sometimes well before the day of the scheduled class. Unfortunately, with each full registration, the actual class yields several “no-shows” that take the space that someone else wanted the opportunity to fill. Fortunately, we have a “waitlist” capability on our scheduling platform, but still end up with many no-shows. We totally understand that life happens, and that things come up where you cannot make your registered class. This policy is not meant to penalize, but to accommodate students that would love to get in on a full class – by freeing up the spaces and waitlist when/where people cannot make it to class as originally planned. Please note, anyone registered for a class is expected to cancel their registration at least 24 hours ahead of scheduled class time. If a student/yogi fails to cancel a registration and does not attend, there are no refunds. Please be considerate of your fellow yogis, fitness friends and our instructors by freeing-up a space for others when you know you cannot attend.
