Karate-youth
Karate training for children typically focuses on building discipline, respect, and self-control, as well as physical fitness and self-defense skills. It often involves the use of traditional Karate techniques such as katas (pre-arranged sequences of movements), sparring, and basic strikes and kicks.

Tie Bu Shan
Tie Bu Shan is a 1000-year-old Chinees fitness and health program. Due to the extensive workout of all tendons in the body one is able to store energy that is created. This is a sharp contrast with most western training methods such as weightlifting and aerobic exercises such as kickboxing. It is a contrast between internal and external organs, relaxes greatly and develops internal strength. Many physical problems are corrected. Problems that were by western medicine only cured by surgery has been in FACT cured? relieved by Tie Bu Shan. This is very rare and considered to be one of the two BEST PROGRAMS coming out of China. In many ways it exceeds even Tai Chi, though Tai Chi has unique benefits and its own. If you do weight training, Tie Bu Shan helps tremendously (Iron Vest) to balance the body for peak performance.

Kickboxing Adults
Kickboxing, which combines boxing techniques with kicks, is influenced by a variety of martial art forms, including karate, Thai boxing, tae kwon do, and kung fu. This full body workout gets your heart pumping, and it can also build muscle, improve balance, burn calories, and more.
